Obviously everyone should have equal rights. This isn't the dark ages!

Yes I think women should get paid the same as men. No matter the color. As long as you can do the job competently. Same for men. But if you can't do the job, because of intelligence or strength. Then that job shouldn't be filled because of a quota.
