Who here does civil rights law?

States are breaking Fed civil rights protections with swaggering impunity and disregard.
If some lawyer comes though I want to chat about planning a course of action to fight back and I might have no lawyer so I need some real guidance. If someone comes through and asks whats it about I will try to start a PM exchange.
