Are we really all equal or is that just wishful thinking?

Like if some people somewhere can still go to prison for having an opinion it basically puts the thought of real equality in the wishful thinking category. Not just that but it also applies to a lot of things. I hate this negative version of me.

Wishful thinking is believing that everyone is treated fairly, or even the same, which isn’t true. Generally, those who claim it is are from privileged groups and don’t really know how others are treated. 🙁

@bijouxbroussard Exactly yes those always bothered me. They keep pretending they are living in a eutopia and that everything is peaceful about their people while in fact they're intentionally ignoring all the problems.
