@DeluxedEdition Because some people seem to think that women are paid less for the same work. That simply isn't true. All else being equal, men and women are paid the same. The so-called pay gap is the result of women often choosing to take lower paid jobs for greater flexibility, easier or less skilled work. I know a few families where the woman earns more than her male partner.
