Call me crazy but I find it difficult to do anything other than hate my own brother who sexually assaulted me. Sometimes it's just an emotion that's unstoppable and completely justified.

@Pineapple I don't call you crazy, because it is perfectly understandable and rationally justifiable. The problem is, it's self defeating. Hate hurts the hater, not the hated. You don't want to continue to give him that power over your emotional well-being. I wish you well.🤗
