How do some people find so much energy to hate others?

I admire their motivation but it is such a waste of time. You really are hurting yourself to spite someone else who is likely oblivious.

As someone that practices emotional energy exchanges I can tell you that the yield from making others angry requires the least energy of all emotional exchanges, so little that it is negligible. Inspiring joy is a costly process that puts out more than is added but not much more.

@Jackaloftheazuresand Hating someone is when you make yourself angry over what they do and say, not inciting hate from others, that take a whole lot of energy from you.

You can make others angry by hating them. I once asked people about getting revenge and most of the respondents said it was an overall positive for them. They were okay with getting revenge, they didn't have a problem with it, and it turned out well. Another thing is when the hate that we show is fruitless, when it is successful it isn't bad for the hater. Like you said about being oblivious that would be fruitless.
