@MartinTheFirst Interesting. I disagree, personally. There is a difference between pleasing the mind and body, and pleasing the soul in my opinion at least. Many do what is happiest for their mind and body but not their soul because it is easier and/or more immediate.

@MagentaMentality I only agree with you incase you're talking about spirituality and meditation. Because anything else, would be pleasing the body.
