that lipstick wearing hussy next door was smoking cigarettes in her house . i know because i was looking in her window and saw it.i reported her to the home owners association. should i have taken pictures for evidence too?

oh dear, you sound like my sister...turned her downstairs neighbor in for something she did herself a few decades before...she's what I call a nosy hypocrite and I stay far away from her cause if she can't find the goods on someone she'll end up lying to cause trouble.
