Do you have trust issues?

What is it like to be unable to trust people, not just in romantic relationships. I refer to friendships as well.

There was a time when I was distrustful of everyone. It, along with other things, almost drove me crazy. The worst part was I was distrustful of life itself. Had to unlearn to regain my sanity...now I trust life more easily.
