Why do doctors understand each other's handwriting?

I'm not yet a doctor.. But my classmates understand my handwriting. It's just.. so beautiful. That sometimes I can't understand it.

That's funny because I fell out with my doctor on Friday because I couldn't understand his handwriting so I kept saying "what's this say?..and what about this?..ok and this?". He went in a bad mood because he thought I was making fun of him lol
