What's the best way to break a generational curse?

I'm just learning (for the first time) that low self-esteem runs in my family. Even though I am fully aware of predispositions (which affects our meta-cognition and natural tendencies/habits), I'm not sure how this one is possible. Now I have to watch my back, more than before. I might start splitting myself in half (live outside my body) and make sure I don't do something foolish around people (especially those who are dear to me).

OK, I'm a little panicked so I'll stop. How do you move past a generational curse?

I believe I have a curse on my family too. I found this book called "Akashic Records" where you can meditate and ask for help. The book is written by Linda Howe. The book might blow your mind, I haven't done it yet but I plan to.⭐

You're not supposed to break it. It's important to have a society where people's lives can get totally messed up or be really easy just depending on what family they were born to. That's called equal opportunity.
Or get a St Benedict jubilee medal, have a priest say the full Benedictine Exorcism Blessing over it and wear it for the rest of your life
The only way to end a generational curse is by giving it up to God and living a holy life
