Day 4 - write down one thing you need to forgive yourself for and forgive yourself

Yesterday my friend said someone he knew was suicidal around midnight last night thru text. This morning I heard an upperclassmen committed. It may not have been the same person, but I didn't seem to take an interest last night. If I had taken an I interest to try to stop it somehow....

It is important to realize that in hindsight it is always easy to see what you could have done differently. But in the moment itself, you can't do everything at once.
