i never thought prescription drug withdrawal could be so bad

3 weeks ago i cut my psyc meds dose in half, been waking up with violent shakes every morning which dont go away until i take my pill, along with the thoughts that arent my own which have returned, the memory loss, difficulty concentrating, insomnia and general feeling of being detached from reality at times i think its gonna be a very hard few months until im off these drugs for good
