would you be ok if you realise that you will be forever alone?

ps: don't shoot at me if I wrote something wrong

I knew I'd be alone my whole life years ago. Frankly now i prefer it.

I am alone. I am not OK with it. I've come to understand that the worst part of old age is the loneliness. Some days, and some nights, I really believe it is killing me. And there are no easy answers.

Woah...really, but do you have a family? sons, daughters, or are you really really alone????
greenmountaingal · 70-79, F
@j0s3c4rlo5: I have a distant cousin I've lost touch with; I am trying to find her. I have a half sister in my birth family (was adopted) but she is 3000 miles away. I was forced to move out of my old neighborhood and am living in a town 70 miles away where I do not know anyone. I joined a church and that helps a bit. I am trying to make new friends. Neen sick a lot, about to go for a cancer check/biopsy. Life has been lonely a lot lately.

Nobody is forever alone. There's always the next life.

Anyways...best of luck.

@j0s3c4rlo5: No. That's old school thought circa 1980.

@Peekaboo: ok then, i will review the concept again

I wouldn't say I'd be ok, but I would be able to live a normal life, yes.
curiosi · 61-69, F
I made the choice that I refuse to settle, better to be alone.
Jackaloftheazuresand · 26-30, M
Hell no, that would finally let me loose
