just smoked my last cigarette ever...... onto the spray now for he next 6 months

@TheCoolestCat: I have heard that but been vaping for around 6 weeks and feel much better. I think big tobacco is losing business and so needs to send out emissaries to demonize vaping. Even though you are still inhaling chemicals you're not inhaling the tar that coats everything and keeps lungs from cleaning themselves.

no you spray it under your tongue and its adsorbs in through your mouth
