I really need to start taking my own advice

Look at me the one who is keeping things bottled up telling another person not to keep things bottled up because it's gonna come out in other ways ..... why is it so fkn hard for me to take my own advice

anything worth doing is always easier said than done. you might be building up your nerve and talking to yourself when you advise others. it's a legitimate step forward, imo
