Have you done anything good (i.e. Unselfish) this week?

Yep, helping a friend renovate his laundry room because he promised his wife he would have it done when she gets back from a business trip, tomorrow night.

Other than the everyday stuff I do for my family, I have been a selfish slob in hibernation this week.

This is kind of tough for me, because as much as I love helping others… it is for me. I have a lot of mental illness issues that mess with my self confidence and make me feel like trash. When I volunteer, for a little while I don’t. I’m not sure it matters to the person I hand a blanket to at the homeless shelter, but technically I do it to feel better about myself. So maybe, I never have. IDK.

No, but later today I plan to donate to two charities.
