I'm in no fit state to do meditation.

I can't take deep breaths at this stage. My whole lower ribcage hurts and I'm debating between taking my last ever nebuliser or going to hospital for two of theirs.

I don't want that because I know that they'll be keeping me again since my bp is "high" and my blood oxygen will be low because I have thicker blood than usual.
