Terms like "bae" and "yolo", as well as words that are incorrect but forced into the lexicon to humor the illiterate: "irregardless", "conversate", "refudiate" being three sterling examples.

😂😂😂 why hate on bae and yolo though? Language is supposed to be fluid and ever changing. It is only limited by the breadth of ones imagination. 😊
@VioletRayne: "Bae" already exists as a word. It means "poop" in Danish. "Yolo" is a Patwin (Indian) word and the name of a county in my state.

@bijouxbroussard: How many words in the English language have multitudes of meanings? Bae isn't even a word, it's an abbreviation. Yolo is lsnt a word either, it's an acronym.
@VioletRayne: I don't care, I don't like 'em. 😁

@VioletRayne: Some of the portmanteau words are quite clever.

@pennynoodles: That's true, some really are. I've think with those two for me it's just a case of "oversaturation" (in the 'urban dictionary' sense). 😅
