What is the simplest thing to ask for from a lover (jewellery)?

I love being asked to do tasks for my wife because it gives me a chance to show her how eager I am to please her. I always immediately jump and do whatever she wants.

I will also buy her jewelry if she asks but she would rather pick it out herself.
