anyone here take happy pills? been taking them for 3 months. how long since you noticed changes

I did but just couldn’t deal. I forced myself to work out all the time. It worked out for me. I also went to a massage therapist for a month or two which provided physical contact.

@ButterRobot they work pretty slow for me.i can still feel a tiny bit left and wow 5 years thats a long period of time.

@sadcarrot i dont take them for depression - its to knock me out due to sleeping difficulties.
