Not just women. Applies to everyone. The lack of observation of what is happening around them.

How this is applied, is actually gender dependant. Yet both genders do it.

@DeWayfarer I agree. We gotta keep in mind the fact that people behave from the pressures of their environment. In women's case it has been limited opportunities.
