Mankind still has the opportunity to find cures for diseases, but would rather create diseases out of it's profit-driven-ness.
We've had true cancer cures for years. But you'll never see them in mainstream medicine. There's no financial gain in that. Allopathic medicine isn't about wellness maintenance. It's about disease maintenance. There's no profit in curing people.

@PhoenixPhail A small correction there. "There is no profit in curing POOR people" Thats why its up to places like the Gates Foundation to work on things like Malaria. 😷
