@Lostpoet pretty much what it sounds like. You get fat build up on your face(cheeks) so your face gets really round. Like the moon

@SW-User I get runners face sometimes when I run a lot it gets all sunken in and looks like I'm a crackhead. Lol

@SW-User my friend never had a weight problem till she took 2 steroid injections for her knee. She still has a moon face & hasn’t lost the weight.
