Pinot Grigio with fish/seafood is my favourite. Prosecco as well, living in the region where it's produced, is basically ubiquitous.

And Fiori d'Arancio, with desserts, being a very sweet wine, still produced very near, less than 50km from here.

Nero d'Avola, Valpolicella, Amarone, Chianti, Cabernet, Merlot, when I'm in the mood for reds.
