Jam Monday??!

Apologies, but I'm a little cynical that we all have to wait until easement is announced for next Monday, when it's bank holiday on Friday here in the UK, when the sun is set to shine. Are they serious??!!!! Cuh. Calm. Breathe....

I think any relaxation will be very small. They're suggesting picnics in household groups only. But I do get your point the weather cracks this weekend 12C temperature swing so the first day we're allowed to picnic they'll be frost on the grass. Classic British irony.

@SW-User I hope they introduce some sort of elective bubbling in small communities, say streets or small neighbourhoods. The vulnerable know who they are, and I for one would not want it on my conscience if one of them got seriously ill because of me unknowingly spreading Covid. No group hugs then. But maybe a properly distanced street party.
