☝️Make an actual list. ✍️
Your triggers, your insecurities, your fears, your failures. Things that you dislike, hate. Things that get your goat. Toxic people in your life.😔

Then opposite- 🤔
Your strengths, your accomplishments, dreams and goals. Things you love, people you love to be around. People who "get" you. Music that seeps into your soul.
Best memories. Anything and everything that makes you feel good and is who you are.🥰

Then ponder that list when done. Study it.
Inhale it. 🤗🌹
