I love these autumn evenings, with a cup of hot chocolate and a good book. Autumn is the best season for me

I started baking yesterday and was feeling like Martha Stewart by the end of the day....that's why I like autumn, it's cool enough to use the oven again.

i sit now
under a glowering sky
with hot beverages
and good music
watching the wind strip the last leaves from the trees

I am counting down until I get home this evening to do this very thing. We have a chilly drizzle going on too...I can't wait!

I happened to see this skit by a female comedian who said that every girl's favorite season is autumn :D

I love it, too. It´s magical.

Muffins, cornbread, peach dumplings, and I also made cube steak stew.
