Was it wrong of my sister to say that she thought my therapist was patronizing and insincere?

I told my sister that at my last therapy session my therapist told me I was "creative," that I was a worthwhile person, and that I worked very hard in therapy.

My sister said my therapist sounded patronizing and insincere.

Depends on the situation. I only find it "wrong" if she said it to be malicious. Otherwise, she gave her honest perception of the situation. I'd feel patronized if someone said that to me tbh. But also this is something between siblings, not strangers, so our opinions mean even less than hers in the end because it's a perspective from even further on the outside
