Was it wrong of my sister to say that she thought my therapist was patronizing and insincere?

I told my sister that at my last therapy session my therapist told me I was "creative," that I was a worthwhile person, and that I worked very hard in therapy.

My sister said my therapist sounded patronizing and insincere.

Is this the same therapist that you were having concerns about ?
Generally speaking, the only person who needs to be satisfied is you, but at one point you weren’t happy with her. So if this is the same person, your sister might’ve picked up on what you had already noticed.
