Was it wrong of my sister to say that she thought my therapist was patronizing and insincere?

I told my sister that at my last therapy session my therapist told me I was "creative," that I was a worthwhile person, and that I worked very hard in therapy.

My sister said my therapist sounded patronizing and insincere.

What people say, it’s their perception. Let your therapist do their job. What your sister says is irrelevant. She doesn’t know how to deal with someone undergoing therapy. Maybe she needs some of it.
