If someone treats you poorly for no reason, don't take it personally. It speaks volumes about them, not you.

It costs nothing to be kind. No one heals himself by wounding another. Those who treat others kindly, and with love, have a very unique and rare gift for the world. If you want kindness, be the example. You teach people how you want to be treated, but do it from your heart. Don't just go through the motions. Some may not be receptive, but they may remember how nice it felt, for once, though they would never let on. Just a smile can make someone's day. You never know what they've been through, or how one small gesture can make a huge impact, and perhaps that tiny spark, may be just enough to turn their life around. What good is love, if you don't practice it yourself, and that's where it also needs to begin, if we want to see a change in this world. Be good to yourself, as well, and give yourself the love you deserve or missed out on. Then you can share it with others. The idea is nothing new, of course, but that's the point. It works, and we need to start somewhere, and what better place than with us? After all...our purpose is to learn to love and help each other. It's really a lifelong endeavor in cultivating a kind and loving heart. If that was so easy, I think we'd be seeing better results. ❤️🤗
