If we're talking chronic insomnia, one way to manage it is to follow and maintain what's referred to as a good "sleep hygiene".. if you've never heard of it, I'd really recommend looking into it as a first step. It's a part of a larger CBT-I technique that's been proven to help people manage their insomnia 🙂

@LyricalBlues thank you, I will look into it.

@LyricalBlues I looked it up and I do some stuff that's on there, I workout and I even stop eating by evening time but what I really need is a pre sleep routine, I feel like that could be a game changer for me.

@SheykYarbouti That's really great to hear 😄 What often works best, is the sum of all those sleep hygiene parts 🙂 The proper environment before and during sleep is important, avoiding going to bed when you know you won't be sleeping is also important (the body and mind tend to associate spaces with activities and their vibes/energies), and definitely, routine is a big part of it all. Sometimes it can just take one element of sleep hygiene or an established routine being off to throw off an insomniac's cycle.
All-in-all, addressing all those little things about your sleep hygiene and, as you mentioned, getting a good sleep routine going, could really help, yeah 🙂 It may take a bit of time, but it can definitely be worth the effort 🙂 I really hope if you give it a try that it'll pay off for you! ☺️
