Where do you find your motivation?
I did not want to get up and run 6 miles this morning, but did it anyway begrudgingly. Some days I have to dig deep to find motivation. How about you?

Basically there’s a time and a place for everything .... it’s not possible for one particular emotion to be the epitome of who we are 24/7
