Why some users in social media always attacked when being asked?

I disagree with their opinion and want them explain, they are cursing me?

Look, I get it you guys using those vulgar words to express your feeling but directly saying F U to others, that is not wise.

Whether debate or not if the other people asking politely, why is it so hard to respond back WITH POLITELY?

We got tons of words in dictionary, use them. 🤦‍♀️
