Because it's sexist bullshit? Seriously tho, while anime is on the surface, cute and fun, it also has a dark side and plays a part in pressuring women to feel they have to all be a certain way... which is wrong as we should celebrate our natural differences.. We aren't clones.
Even, allegedly, the Japanese women feel pressure due to anime, they always have huge wide eyes, because that's seen as beautiful.. but it's not realistic.. or real.. it's fantasy..
@Adaydreambeliever People always blame this type stuff on society pressuring women to be a certain way, blah. Nah sometimes it's just what people prefer. Fat is not healthy or attractive
