No I'm not happy

It's because I have a lot to deal with. I was dumped, I have some monetary issues that need to be resolved, harassment by a recruitment agency despite landing a good job, the list goes on and on. I just want a break from all of this. People want to be rich but I want peace and joy which I never seem to get. It's always replaced by something more painful and depressing.

This just sent me to depression. I lost all my happiness and I even haven't had the interest to go forward with my life for over a year now. It just seems to be eating me alive.

I can highly recommend getting out in the fresh air and walking somewhere different. Take a look around at the things that you don't usually notice. Sounds mushy but it really can help. I take a camera out with me, it kind of forces you to study things a little better. @Beatbox34

@pennynoodles I am trying to but when I was dumped, that sent me on a downward spiral. It kept getting worse from there that I couldn't get up.

It's 3:48 AM where I am right now and I am wide awake. I stay up till 6AM at times.

I tried going to a therapist and that didn't seem to help either. I may try something again but the memories haunt me and torment me.

The worst part is I try my best to do something right and make my life better but it doesn't seem to be working and I'm left weak and depressed.

There is nothing wrong in grieving a relationship that you had, especially if it was fairly recently but at some point you do need to move on. Life is not a rehearsal and things will get easier in the future if you fight for them to be easier. Give yourself permission to move forward. Please don't waste your life, there is so much more you can do with it. @Beatbox34

@pennynoodles Thank you so much for all of this.

I shall try to fight and make it better.
