How to instantly reduce eyes redness after crying?

I always cry easily and even when I just got teary and not really cry my eyes becomes really red. Is there a way to reduce the redness in an instant like drop water on my eye or an eye drop? This usually happens when i'm at work and I don't want other people to feel uncomfortable with my red eyes
