Meditation?

If you are practicing meditation, how do you keep your motivation? When do you do it? Any positive results that you could emphasize?

@UglySpudicus thanks, I thought that consistency is probably crucial, that is what I am worried about :). I will have to first practice that one.

@sumojumo make it a bedtime routine. Do some mindfulness exercises to, it's a form of meditation, easier to pick up

Look at “yoga nidra” on YouTube. It’s a sleep meditation and you can practice it every night quite easily✨ @sumojumo
