If you are practicing meditation, how do you keep your motivation? When do you do it? Any positive results that you could emphasize?

I know when I don’t practice my mental health isn’t so good which is why I practice everyday. I think I’d say it helps with anxiety and clarity I’d empathise those points.
@SW-User thank you very much for your answer. I got advice from my therapist to maybe start with regular meditation, so I am gathering some information.
