Honestly, is fasting really that difficult??
I'm doing it right now for spiritual/religious reasons and, I mean, as long as I drink a lot of water and coffee, I'm fine.

@NativeOregonian When I fast, I just don't eat anything and just drink liquids until 6 PM.
