How do you deal some people..

When you are nothing, just a loser in town no one wants to be friend with you but when you are fame suddenly your name recalled them and some claimed they are your friend haven't meet since high school.

Hmmph.. Strange human.. How do you deal these type of people?

Just so I'm sure I understand, you mean you're not close at all but suddenly they feel the need to pretend you are? Why would they do that?

@Casheyane When you are fame, you contribute to your country and of course it also mention where do you from. Some people proud of you for being talented after all these years no one notices you in your own town.

Hypothetically, today I am just a dishwasher in restaurant and just has less people want to be friend to me. And, several years later I joined Olimpics and win medal.
When I am went home, people in town welcomed me and treat me like a winner. And my long long long time friends, buddies, pals, suddenly recalled me and wanna hang out.

@SW-User Ah. I see. There's no harm in being nice to them. Fame and success are things considered pride in this society. So it just makes sense that people will try to get a piece of that when they can.

Of course, you need to be able to see through their intentions. You'd know the ones worth keeping and valuing by listing those who stuck around in your struggles and non-famous moments. But there's no harm maintaining good relations to those who means less. Who knows? Maybe you can inspire them.
