Were you ever a mean kid? Confess something!

I started calling a little girl Stinky and the name caught. She became emotionally disturbed and failed first grade. I regret that.

I used to pull the dog’s whiskers so he would chase me. It got to the point all I had to do was look him in the eyes and stand back and make a pinching gesture with my fingers and the chase was on.

@cherokeepatti Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, you were naughty!

@Wol62 I made the pinching gesture to my brother-in-laws Rhesus monkey and he bared his fangs and jumped up on the side of the cage like he wanted to get me. After me bringing him a bunch of bananas.

@cherokeepatti I made two kids who bullied others fish in a paddling pool in my backgarden, gave them toy rods and everyone came round to laugh.

@cherokeepatti lmao! This so cute!

@Eddiesolds yeah I was ornery. One time when I was 4 years old I was gonna play a trick on my aunt, she was ironing clothes. I sneaked up behind her and tugged on the iron cord and got electrocuted pretty good and couldn’t let go for awhile. The good thing was that my daily migraines stopped and so did my seizures, and I felt happier than I had been for a long time.

@Wol62 Did that learn them not to bully?
Eddiesolds · 61-69, M
@cherokeepatti Wow! Great story!

@Eddiesolds I guess it worked like shock therapy...am sure it seared the myelin around my brain and maybe protected it. I don’t know exactly. I have read this past year that shock therapy may be useful for PTSD.

@cherokeepatti I suffer from migraines.They suck. Maybe i should go. Gosh how much power was going through you? Gosh you were so lucky.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@Eddiesolds It was an old-fashioned iron cord, those black cloth ones and it was frayed. I saw a dirty green color and could smell burning like burning flesh, maybe it was my brain I don’t know. It was much worse than hitting up against an electric fence because it lasted longer and eventually knocked me loose. I remember crying and saying it hurt. But the feeling I had days later was really good.
