Very nice, sitting around those places is a chore. I once was waiting on my car. Made a cup of coffee and opened the cabinet underneath to make another pot as I had finished it. That pot went quickly as others were there. The next person did the same as I had. This time a rat came out and ran across his foot. I dodged a huge bullet there!
