Did you know that color is not a physical property, and it it all comes down to how an object reflects light and how our brains intreprate that light?

Have you ever really thought about that for a moment? It's kind of trippy.

That describes the perception that we call colour.

For Physics (and so, about the nature object) is related to other intrinsic properties of the object itself.

Colour, rightly defined, is a certain range of wavelength of visible light.

It is a clue to the composition and temperature, if the object emits such radiation.

It may give other information when it reflects it.
