Laundry is finally done

I feel so proud of my kids for stepping it up big time.

I keep forgetting how much they’re growing and sometimes I admit of making the mistake of doing everything myself.

But today I had them load and unload washers and dryers gave them timers when to add downy and they helped me fold.

Don’t get me wrong
They have chores at home (like cleaning their room, restocking the fridge with water and taking the dog out and cleaning up her poop, cleaning the living room.) but never really gave them bigger responsibilities.

This summer I’m adding sweeping to my youngests list and mopping to my oldests, and washing the dishes will be everyone’s responsibility (designated nights a week) cleaning the bathroom will be my responsibility because the thought of them doing it wrong and not sanitizing the bathroom right makes me cringe lol
