I hit the gym and take it out on the bike or the bag....pour my energy into it. It helps immensely even if those days I force myself to go.

Find something that renews your spirit. Whether it be solitude, nature, animals, a hobby, something you find pleasure in. Maybe even sleep and rest. Remind yourself of your good qualities. It's just moments in time that will pass.
