Any more permanent solutions to dry hands out there ?

I am so sick of being embarrassed by my dry hands 😥😰

@kodiac My Uncle owned a dairy and I knew they had to protect the utters to keep them from getting Mastitis
and pus in the milk from milking machines
but never knew what it was until someone suggested my wife try it for her hands ,,she was ready to quit the job over it
But it worked just like they said it would
