whenever i eventually get to the old peoples home many years from now, are it going to be full of people smoking weed, with tattoos all over them?

Probably. They’ve been letting people in hospitals and nursing homes smoke it in Israel for a number of years now. But they use some kind of machine to extract it to inhale and don’t smoke it in cigarette form so it doesn’t fill the air with smoke.
