Do you get phone calls from bill collectors?

WTF am I supposed to do when I have no money? It's medical bills. A day in the hospital is almost $10,000 and I don't have it. I tried paying them monthly but to them it wasn't enough and they sent my bills to collections anyway. I HATE AMERICA.

@SW-User I will find a way. It will undoubtedly be difficult. They will tax the shit out of me until I still can't change my circumstances. It's the American way. Someone who doesn't need it will get it and I'll be stuck further.
